How to create customer,Supplier,Items in Quick book
How to create Customer in Quick Books Accounting software .
in the Top Upper Menu click on New Customer and Job ,
provide all information as i provided in the video.
How to create new vendors in Quick books click on vendors then new vendors and put all information as i provided in the video.
the dashboard of the software can be customize and can remove all the option,
therefore we are working from the top upper 1st Menu, that could not be customize,
so when you are sitting in a new company and ask you to perform any task in Quick books,
you must work from the top upper Menu.
How to create Bank Accounts In Quick books,
click on file option of top menu and click on chart of accounts. from the chart of accounts you can create all type of accounts as and when needed.
when chart of accounts open,
click on the left bottom Accounts option, the click on new and select Bank option.
in Bank accounts Name provide your company Bank Name, for example HBL.
Put Bank Accounts Number then click on enter beginning Balance and provide your company actual Bank Balance.
How to create Inventory Items in book from the same Menu click on List and Item list,
at the bottom of left corner click on items and new.
In type select inventory part if it is a stock item. click on enable option of unit of Measure.
put the cost price and sales price and beginning inventory from the on hand option.
if the inventory part is not showing then go to the edit menu and click on preferences, company preferences then click on items and inventory, Now select inventory and purchase order are active.
