Quick books is a very Advance software for Accounting and Finance. Its uses is all over the world. Any one  who get  skill in Quick book will never be w jobless because a skillful person require every where. In this  1st Lecture i am going to teach you how to create Company in Quick books. here you should follow the follow the following steps.

How to Create Company in Quick Books

After installation of Quick books software. click on start Interview or another option is go to top Menu and click on file the create new company . fill the form with the details .In select your Industry click the option of whole sale and distribution. in How is your company Organized option click on that one with which your company is register. if the company is  registered as LLC (Limited Liabilities Company ), you should also select the LLC Option. what do you sell ? there are three Option. Product, services or both product and services. select those one which is resembling to your company business. Do you want to create estimate (estimates Means Quotation) click on yes. Customer order also Yes, sales Receipts (when your Make a sale on cash base then only sales receipt option is applicable instead of all other Means Quotes , sales order , sales invoice and receipts ) Yes the Progress Invoice, Managing Bill, Tracking Inventory in Quick book, Track time in Quick books, fiscal period, if already have a  bank account, can provide here.
