How to Make Payment in peachtree

Click on Task Menu, then select payments option, Now fill it in the following  way.

select the vendor, give check Number also select the bank from whom you want to payments.

if the amount is due on your company, then “apply to invoice”  option will be open.

Now simply click on “PAY” option. there you will see a red color Tick Mark.

How to make a Receipts in Peachtree

Go to task Menu click on Receipts, a receipts menu will be open.in Ticket Deposit ID, Give any figure like 1.the same number must be put in reference number and Receipts Number. the select the customer from whom you have receive the payments.

“Apply to invoice No” menu will be open,now just click on “PAY” option. and the red tick Mark option will be open. then save it.on the dashboard of Peachtree,you can also easily monitor all your payments and receipts both in figures and Graphs for individual and collective.one can also check receivable and payable from the report Menu.

in peachtree you can also make partial receipt and payment

As you make receipts or payments entry in peachtree accounting software. It will be automatically update in the reports Menu.
